Once the illustration has been sent to you (via email), you'll be able to request any refinements before we move forward.

3. Approval Of Design

We begin embroidery only after your approval, ensuring the design feels right for you.

Chest width: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, or a flat garment from pit to pit.
Shoulder width: Measure straight across the back, from shoulder point to shoulder point.

Sizing tips

Our sweatshirts are designed with a relaxed fit and unisex sizing.

Slightly oversized on smaller frames
Women: size down for a more fitted look
Men: true to size for a relaxed fit

We recommend using chest width (PTP) for the best fit. Compare it with a sweatshirt you already own.

Your pet, stitched in thread and kept close on cosy days. Send us a photo of your dog, cat or any furry family member, and our illustrators will turn it into a custom portrait embroidered on a soft French terry sweatshirt.

How it works

Upload your photo. Choose a clear, well-lit photo with your pet facing the camera. We use the first photo uploaded for each pet.
We illustrate it. Our illustrators draw your pet by hand and email the illustration to you.
You approve it. Ask for changes if anything doesn’t feel right. We only start embroidering once you’re happy.
We embroider and ship. Your portrait is stitched in-house in Singapore and shipped worldwide.

100% French terry cotton, soft and cosy inside with an easy drape that isn’t too baggy

Turnaround
Pet portraits take around 4 weeks to make, plus shipping. Need it sooner? Select Rush My Order at checkout. We’ll send your illustration within 2 working days and ship within 3 working days of your approval.
